How it works
The requirements vary depending on the area of application. For this case, Lubrication behavior can be influenced in different direction. This can be achieved through specific additives. The vehicle manufacturers help themselves through recommendations regarding special maintenance intervals apply to wearing parts (e.g. for changing the toothed belt, spark / glow plugs, engine oil, etc.). Apparently, this suggests to the consumer that he has been thoroughly informed and instructed.
If the engine or other cost-intensive vehicle components are damaged prematurely, the consumer is left to fend for himself and has to accept expensive repair costs. Standard formulations only offer reduced protection and lead to a shortened life for engines.
During vehicle operation, friction occurs between the moving engine parts, which causes wear particles. In combination with combustion residues and other soiling, these tend to deposit. These soot and dirt particles cause the filters, the oil passages (hoses and nozzles) and the pumps to become blocked. This results in the engine becoming dirty. The efficiency decreases and the risk of engine failure increases. This fact has moved us to devote ourselves to predictive maintenance and to use our expertise to formulate special lubricants. We have our standard formulations for this successfully developed.
